My favourite thing is helping businesses show up on social media in a way that feels real and not like a chore. I love when people start to get excited about social media when working with us after they started with “I hate Instagram but I know I have to be on it.”
It’s not about stressing over every post or trying to go viral…it’s about sharing your story and connecting with people who care. I started Mend because I wanted to make social media feel easy and fun, not something you just have to “do.”

I'm Talia, Marketing & Account Manager
I started at Mend just over two years ago, after clicking with Kendra at a networking event held by the university we both attended. I love getting to know local businesses; meeting the face behind them, learning the heart of what they do, and being able to capture and share their story online in a way that truly resonates both with them and their audience.
Whether it’s graphic design, photography, or (spending a bit too long) planning out your Instagram grid, you’ll most likely find me with my head buried in something creative.

It depends on how hands-on you want to be. If you’d like us to handle everything—from content creation to posting and engagement—our Full Social Media Management is perfect.
If you prefer managing it yourself but need a solid plan, Strategy Training will give you all the tools and guidance you need. And if you just need fresh, high-quality photos or videos for your social media, booking a Content Shoot will provide you with the assets you need to elevate your content.

It depends on the service you choose! For Full Social Media Management, we handle most of the work, but we function best when you invest a bit more time. We require about an hour each month for a content shoot, 30 minutes to review the content plan, and 30 minutes to approve the final posts. Ideally, you’ll also spend a little extra time capturing quick content or adding to your stories regularly.
If you choose Strategy Training, we start with a 1-hour discovery call, followed by a 1-hour training session to teach you how to manage your social media. Either way, we make sure it’s easy and fits into your schedule!
